The My Personal Trainer School team will cover your exercise history, a short medical history, talk about injuries and physical therapy, and figure out what is most important to you over the next few months, the next year, and beyond.

Your FREE in-home consultation is more assessment-based. We will take you through a series of movement screens (not to worry, we won’t be handing you the 100 lb. barbell just yet!). These “mini-tests” let us know which muscles are too tight or too loose and which joints are moving better than others. This is where we pick apart the imbalances that may be preventing you from reaching your goals.

"I ran a marathon a year ago, and had a hard time getting back into a workout routine, so I signed up for Boh's boot camp. After a short time, I have already noticed a difference! I have never really had tone and definition before, and now I'm beginning to see it! Each day brings a new set of activities that work the whole body in a balanced way. Most of the exercises are new to me and many of them involve different props, which keeps the workout interesting!
